Introduction

Middleland Alliance stretches from the westernmost corners of the Amari Steppes to the eastern coast of Astaria, including the highest peaks of the Löar Mountains beneath which the mountainous land of Sattaya is nestled. The territory is covered by steppes, forests and numerous highlands and mountains. A large part of the population is concentrated in Lúnia, i.e. in the vicinity of the Lúnish Sea (the second largest lake) on whose shores the capital city of Kjustram is located; the surroundings of Rainald, the capital of Astaria, also enjoy considerable portion of population.

The country consists of five regions: Orayen (which Lúnia is a part of), Trosetia, Amaria, Astaria a Sattaya.

The wizardry situation in the Alliance is the same as in the Empire – a financial reward is offered for reporting a wizard. It is possible to receive up to twenty lashes or several years behind bars for false accusations.

The current ruling dynasty. The head of the family and the king is a relatively young Landar Istellan who only recently ascended the throne after the death of his mother. The house resides in Kjustram.
